Keys to promoting productivity and motivation in teleworking

Now that this atypical year 2020 is over, we look back and surely, we all think, who was going to tell us 10 months ago that teleworking would come to stay? During these months there have been many changes at the level of company culture, and we have dealt with several related issues, such as, the reskilling that we talked about in our last post.

It seems like ages ago that many companies were totally reluctant to implement flexible hours and telework policies. And the truth is that one of the things that this pandemic has brought about has been the easy and rapid adaptation of companies to this aspect.

And how do we motivate our teams to telework?

And, on the other hand, we are going to see what the 3 basic keys are to not lose motivation in the workplace. Therefore, we want to give you these tips:

And it is that in BETWEEN we believe that this trend has come to stay. We do not want to say that all companies or all workers are now going to do work 100% remotely, but we do see that the trend is getting closer and closer to a hybrid between the two ways of working and that Already now, many companies leave it up to the employees to choose what they prefer and how they feel most comfortable.
